We only use a network of trusted courier services that we have used for number of years, who are specially trained in vintage furniture transport. For smaller items like homeware, we typically use Royal Mail.
Delivery prices are calculated automatically based on the postcode input at checkout. In some circumstances, the delivery price quoted may not meet the total costs in delivering your goods to you (i.e. your purchase has specific delivery considerations, or you have adjusted your order after the initial sale). In these circumstances we will make you aware of any additional delivery costs owed at the first available opportunity.
For customers in Central London there is an additional at-cost charge to cover the congestion zone. This charge is applied at checkout.
While our couriers offer Nationwide mainland shipping UK Mainland Delivery does not include: Northern Ireland, The Isle of Mann, The Channel Islands, Isle of White, Isle of Scilly, The Orkneys, Shetlands and Hebrides. If you live on one of these locales, please contact us for a delivery quote and select "Arrange for separate delivery" and checkout to avoid being incorrectly charged.
We can arrange free delivery for customers who are local to us. You are also more than welcome to visit the workshop to collect your items in person. Please contact us to make an appointment.

Small items and homewares qualify for free delivery when purchased alongside a larger piece of furniture. Purchase both items together and we’ll ship the homeware to you alongside your other purchases at no extra cost.
All couriers are third parties, and not owned or contracted by Just Be Retro. We advise customers to liaise with the courier directly although we will be there to help in any way we can.
Where items are being delivered via Royal Mail, we typically post these on Monday afternoons.
Before placing an order, please check that the available access is adequate for delivery of your Products and advise us of any red routes, parking restrictions, vehicle size restrictions or restricted access onto the property. Please also advise which floor the Product(s) is/are to be delivered on and any potential restrictions.
We do advise you to please measure the room accurately before placing your order to ensure the Product will fit and measure doors, corridors, stairs and corners for access so we can deliver your order successfully.
